Physical activity, nutrition, management of emotions and strong mindset are a unique set of skills capable of improving our health and enhancing the quality of our life.

My interest in wellness, meant as physical performance, mental health and balanced diet, has led me to constant research and the development of therapies, practices and tools focused on helping people regain their health.

The work on and with the body that I do with my patients is based on physiotherapy, osteopathy, bodyart, yoga…Movement is therefore to be understood as rehabilitation, mobility reactivation of the energy flow.
